Yoga Classes

YogaPhysioCan Health provides both individual and group yoga classes intended to increase mobility, strength, and balance. Enjoy a yoga class at a slower pace, in a relaxing and supportive setting taught by a professional Yoga Instructor. You will focus on stretching and strengthening your body, while reducing stress and soothing the mind. Many of our patients begin practicing Yoga during rehabilitation, and continue it long after they have returned to their prior fitness levels.

Gentle Yoga

At PhysioCan Health, we feature Gentle Yoga, a relaxing and slow paced practice intended to improve your range of motion. During Gentle Yoga, every motion is linked to a breath, creating a relaxing sensation that elevates your mood, and health. By moving slowly between postures, and holding each pose for the right amount of time, your joints, muscles, and connective tissues will become stronger, causing you less pain in both the short term and the long term.

By keeping our class sizes small, our qualified instructors make sure you get the most out of every class. We also offer individual classes.
